Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors with the reception to follow in a climate controlled building close by. Both the ceremony and reception are on the same property.

There is a large gravel parking lot near the venue with overflow parking in the grass if needed.

The venue has reserved ADA parking spaces and ADA accessible restrooms. The ceremony site could be challenging to get to for those not as mobile due to being on mulch, however, the venue can provide a golf cart for those in need to access seating. The ceremony seating available does not have back support as they are just rows of benches.

Due to the capacity of the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Dress code is smart casual. Women should expect to wear sun dresses, dress pants, blouses. Men should expect to wear dress jeans, khakis, collared shirts. Please no jeans with holes or t-shirts. Please avoid wearing shades of white, cream, ivory, and tan.

Catering will be provided by Zarda BBQ. Options include pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked turkey, burnt end baked beans, mac and cheese, cheesy potato bake, and bread.

To RSVP, please select the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending or declining.” Please RSVP by August 29th.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to accommodate RSVPs after the deadline as we have to provide final numbers to our venue and caterer. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline of August 29th, you will be marked as “not attending.” NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. We appreciate you for understanding.
