To RSVP, please select the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending or declining.” Please RSVP by September 8th, 2025.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors with the reception to follow in a climate controlled building close by. Both the ceremony and reception are on the same property.

There is a 35,000sq ft gravel parking lot with overflow parking in the grass if needed.

The venue has reserved ADA parking spaces and ADA accessible restrooms. The ceremony site could be challenging to get to for those not as mobile due to being on mulch, however, the venue will provide a golf cart for those in need to access seating. The seating available does not have back support as they are just rows of benches.

Due the capacity of the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Dress code is smart casual. Women should expect to wear sun dresses, dress pants, blouses. Men should expect to wear dress jeans, khakis, collared shirts. Please no jeans with holes or t-shirts. Please avoid wearing shades of white, cream, ivory, and tan.

Catering will be provided by Zarda BBQ. Options include pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked turkey, burnt end baked beans, mac and cheese, cheesy potato bake, and bread.

While your presence is enough, should you feel the need to bring a gift, you can contribute to our honeymoon or new house fund found on this website, or we are registered on Amazon, Target, and Walmart.
