Kate and Josh met in the summer of 2016 when Josh transferred to Paducah Tilghman High School and was invited to Kate's Birthday party by her mom who was the guidance counselor at PT. They first became friends and then started dating in February 2017.

Kate and Josh made so many memories growing up together from countless baseball games, family trips, school dances, and graduating high school together.

The next chapter of their story continued in Lexington, KY at the University of Kentucky. Kate and Josh continued to build their strong relationship while making countless memories together. They went on to graduate from UK together in May 2023.

After seven years of dating, Josh proposed to Kate on March 23rd, 2024 in Lexington, KY surrounded by their closest friends and family.
