In a Texas town not too far away, a chance encounter involving a massive white truck, a pair of boots, and a honky tonk called Red River set the stage for a love story that would unfold over the course of seven amazing years. Little did Katelyn know that a night of dancing until 3 in the morning would lead to a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and a few sliders thrown by Trevor.... and destiny.

In the beginning, Katelyn was just a college student trying to navigate the complexities of life. Whilst Trevor, pursuing an exhilarating career in professional baseball ( a career Trevor kept a secret until 4 weeks after dating to reveal before shipping off to spring training). The couple navigated the trials of a long-distance relationship, proving that love knows no bounds—even when those bounds are measured in miles traveled for away games.

Through the first years, the couple faced the challenges of finishing college, moving out of a first apartment (which may or may not have had some questionable decorating choices involving an old red antique bike), and the inevitable return to the comforting embrace of their parents' homes. Yet, through it all, they found strength in each other and a love that could weather any storm.

Amidst the chaos of life, Katelyn and Trevor always found solace in their faith and families—those who supported and cherished them every step of the way. Their fur children, Dixie and Sierra, added an extra layer of joy and chaos to their lives, teaching them that sometimes the best moments come with a side of fur and drool.
