Katelyn and David met in January, 2020 during winter break their sophomore year of college at a bowling alley with mutual friends. They immediately hit it off, they exchanged numbers and began talking every day and making each other laugh. After spending a couple of weeks talking and going on dates, David went back to school in Pennsylvania, miles away from Katelyn. Katelyn felt like she would never see him again, until David began coming home to see her as often as he could. Even though they were hours apart from each other, it felt like they were never apart. David asked Katelyn to be his girlfriend on February 29th, 2020, and through a global pandemic, social distance dates, a long distance relationship, and everything else life has thrown, they have become each others best friend. David asked Katelyn to marry him on May 26th, 2024 and they can’t wait to celebrate with all of their close friends and family at their wedding this spring.
