In January, we met at UIndy in SCED 102. Anthony sat next to Katelyn on the first day of class. In March, we were sent home due to COVID, but continued getting to know each other and started dating when we returned to school in August! We went to a Mexican restaurant for our first date and hung out a ton on campus as life transitioned back post-pandemic.

2021 was such an exciting year! In May, Anthony graduated from UIndy and got his first teaching job at Whiteland Community High School. We spent our first summer together with lots of lake trips, ice cream, Disney, and time with our families. In the fall, Anthony started his first job and Katelyn went back to UIndy for her Junior year!

Wow 2022! In the Spring, Katelyn played tons of golf and Anthony tagged along and supported! We spent most of our summer going to weddings, having fun vacations with family, and enjoying our time before school started up again. In the fall, Anthony had a great football season with Whiteland and got to coach at the IHSAA state finals! On December 6, 2022 Anthony proposed to Katelyn at Newfields when they were having their Winterlights event! Katelyn had NO IDEA this was happening and was completely surprised! This was such a special moment for us!

2023 has been so eventful as well! Katelyn played her last semester of collegiate golf and graduated from UIndy in May. We decided to move to Evansville and get new jobs in the EVSC as teachers together! We spent the summer moving, at the lake, and lots of fun with family!

It's our year! 2024 has been so amazing, with even more exciting days ahead of us! We bought our first home and moved in at the start of the year :) We are settling in as we continue to enjoy our engagement!
