95 Days To Go!

What is RSVP Deadline?

We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by July 3rd, 2026 (Katelyn's birthday!) regardless of attendance status. Should the bride and groom not receive an RSVP by the deadline, that party will unfortunately not be counted towards the final headcount for open bar and catering, even if they planned to attend. This is hard and fast with minimal exception. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this matter.

What should I Wear?

Cocktail attire - NO plain white/ivory or red (patterns are fine), and NO jeans/denim pants please - we want every guest to look and feel their best! If you need inspiration, please refer to the "Dress Code" section of the website.

Can I bring a date?

If it is included on your formal invitation, absolutely! Otherwise, we please ask that you do not bring any additional guests, as seating at the venue is limited. Guests who attend uninvited will not have a designated seat for dinner or the ceremony.

Can my child come?

While we love your tiny humans, unless it is stated on your formal invitation, we ask that little ones remain at home. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter and hope you can take this as an opportunity to have a fun date night with your partner or night out with friends/family!

Where can I park?

Our venue has parking available on the street around the building. There is also parking across the street in the city hall parking lot. The first three spots in front of the building are reserved for the bride and groom. If you become too intoxicated to drive, you may leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up the next morning. The Lincoln Event Space, the bride, and/or the groom are not responsible for any loss or damage if a car should be left overnight.

Will the Ceremony be Indoors or Outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors in the designated lawn space of our venue. Should the ceremony be moved indoors due to inclement weather, guests will be notified. Cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Since the wedding is towards the end of August, kindly keep in mind the potential for high temperatures - please dress comfortable and accordingly.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please reach out to us if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will try to accommodate your request as best as we can!

Are there any specific venue rules?

Our venue does NOT allow outside alcohol to be brought in. We have licensed bartenders to serve you as many drinks as you would like. The venue also asks that you do not bring/smoke cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana on the premises less than 20ft from exterior entrance doors. Anybody found to be in violation of these rules may be asked to leave or return their items to their personal vehicle.

What about phones? Can I take pictures?

You may absolutely take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception! However, we have hired a WONDERFUL photographer/videographer team to capture our ceremony, and ask that phones be put away and silenced for that period of time to let them work their magic!

Who can I reach out to with questions?
