Our Wedding

It&nbsp;all&nbsp;started&nbsp;back&nbsp;in&nbsp;2019,&nbsp;when&nbsp;we&nbsp;first&nbsp;met&nbsp;in&nbsp;Erie,&nbsp;PA&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;been&nbsp;inseparable&nbsp;ever&nbsp;since.&nbsp;Little&nbsp;did&nbsp;we&nbsp;know&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;start&nbsp;of&nbsp;our&nbsp;forever&nbsp;was&nbsp;beginning&nbsp;right&nbsp;then&nbsp;and&nbsp;there. Since&nbsp;that&nbsp;first&nbsp;meeting,&nbsp;we&nbsp;have&nbsp;created&nbsp;countless&nbsp;memories&nbsp;and&nbsp;crossed&nbsp;many&nbsp;places&nbsp;off&nbsp;the&nbsp;map&nbsp;together.&nbsp;From&nbsp;ringing&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;New&nbsp;Year&nbsp;in&nbsp;New&nbsp;York&nbsp;City,&nbsp;gambling&nbsp;in&nbsp;Las&nbsp;Vegas,&nbsp;relaxing&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Bahamas,&nbsp;going&nbsp;overseas&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;first&nbsp;time&nbsp;to&nbsp;Ireland,&nbsp;soaking&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;views&nbsp;at&nbsp;Niagara&nbsp;Falls,&nbsp;exploring&nbsp;Montana,&nbsp;Utah,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Yellowstone,&nbsp;and&nbsp;getting&nbsp;engaged&nbsp;in&nbsp;beautiful&nbsp;Destin,&nbsp;Florida.&nbsp; Even&nbsp;though&nbsp;our&nbsp;biggest&nbsp;adventures&nbsp;have&nbsp;taken&nbsp;us&nbsp;far,&nbsp;we’ve&nbsp;also&nbsp;created&nbsp;some&nbsp;of&nbsp;our&nbsp;best&nbsp;memories&nbsp;close&nbsp;to&nbsp;home.&nbsp;From&nbsp;cheering&nbsp;at&nbsp;Steelers,&nbsp;Pirates,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Pens&nbsp;games&nbsp;to&nbsp;wing&nbsp;nights&nbsp;at&nbsp;Bigham&nbsp;Tavern&nbsp;and&nbsp;finding&nbsp;the&nbsp;best&nbsp;local&nbsp;dive&nbsp;bars&nbsp;for&nbsp;dart&nbsp;battles.&nbsp;Even&nbsp;spending&nbsp;time&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;cozy&nbsp;apartment&nbsp;cooking,&nbsp;blasting&nbsp;music&nbsp;on&nbsp;our&nbsp;record&nbsp;player,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Matt&nbsp;introducing&nbsp;Katelyn&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;classic&nbsp;movies&nbsp;she&nbsp;somehow&nbsp;had&nbsp;never&nbsp;seen&nbsp;(including&nbsp;Slapshot&nbsp;which&nbsp;was&nbsp;filmed&nbsp;in&nbsp;Johnstown....and&nbsp;Katelyn&nbsp;was&nbsp;born&nbsp;and&nbsp;raised&nbsp;there). All&nbsp;these&nbsp;moments&nbsp;have&nbsp;made&nbsp;our&nbsp;life&nbsp;so&nbsp;fun,&nbsp;but&nbsp;we&nbsp;are&nbsp;so&nbsp;excited&nbsp;to&nbsp;share&nbsp;our&nbsp;next&nbsp;memory&nbsp;(and&nbsp;probably&nbsp;our&nbsp;most&nbsp;cherished)&nbsp;in&nbsp;2026&nbsp;with&nbsp;you&nbsp;all!&nbsp;We&nbsp;are&nbsp;looking&nbsp;forward&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;many&nbsp;more&nbsp;trips,&nbsp;date&nbsp;nights,&nbsp;and&nbsp;memories&nbsp;still&nbsp;ahead&nbsp;in&nbsp;this&nbsp;lifetime&nbsp;together. xoxo, The&nbsp;Future&nbsp;Gobbies

To all our guests flying in from out of state: Yes! Johnstown does have an airport! Depending on where you are flying in from, they do offer flights for a select few places. Be sure to look online if this is the more convenient way for you instead of flying into Pittsburgh.
