Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:00 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
Can I bring a date?
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with those close friends and family.
Are children welcome?
While we all love the children in our lives, we have decided to keep it to children of immediate family only. We want to give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We've hired professionals to capture some of the most important memories of our lives, so let's leave it to them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
What should we do between the ceremony and reception?
A cocktail hour will take place on the balcony of Whitewater Golf Club, offering drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
Are there hotel accommodations?
We have reserved a block of rooms at Home2 Suites by Hilton located by the airport. You can find the booking link below for more details.

Is transportation available?
Although we won’t be providing transportation to the venue, a bus will be available for rides back to Home2 Suites by Hilton at 11 PM and 1 AM. Additionally, you can use ride services to and from Whitewater, including Uride (available on the App Store) and Driverseat Thunder Bay (at 855-912-3008 or on the App Store).
