The town of Whitefish is at an elevation of 3,036 feet! Our private wedding ceremony will be at, the Summit of Whitefish Mountain Resort, which is just under 7,000 feet… Get ready for breathtaking views and once in a lifetime moments.

A brief schedule of our wedding day (subject to change):
Our wedding ceremony will be on Wednesday, July 6th at 5:30pm. The ceremony will take place at The Summit of Whitefish Mountain Resort. There will be private gondolas and/or chairlifts to take you up to the summit.
At about 7:15-7:30pm we will be going back to Grouse Mountain Lodge for our reception. We will start off with dinner (details to be determined), then we will be dancing and making memories until Midnight.
Grouse Mountain Lodge is where we will be staying and having our reception. They have discounted rooms on hold for our guests.
The lodge is only a short distance to town (one mile) and offers free shuttle service to and from downtown. With a 48 hour notice they will also pick up/drop off at the airport for only $5 per person. The airport is only 15 minutes away in Kalispell Montana, and the train station is located downtown, within walking distance.
Grouse Mountain Lodge offers all the modern amenities along with friendly, cozy service. Some amenities include: a spacious outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, 24hr fitness center & gift shop, laundry on site, dining, bar/lounge, WiFi, dogs are welcomed, courtesy shuttle, handicap features (if needed), elevators, room service, and a golf course to name a few.
They would only hold the rooms for two nights of stay Tuesday & Wednesday July 5th & 6th 2022. If you want to come sooner or stay later, then just ask if they have any rooms available for your specifications dates.

To receive the discounted group rate, you must make reservations with Glacier Park Inc., and you must specify the group name prior to receive the discounted group rate.
Group rate golf course view per night before tax: single/double $217, triple $232, quad $247.
Or if you want your breakfast included each day, then you want to go with the breakfast package, which start at before tax $258, per night.
It is very important that you are aware that there is a time limit, you have to make your reservations. A.S.A.P. the better, because they will only be holding the rooms for a certain time period. After March 2022 they will be releasing any of the rooms left.
When you are making hotel reservations, you will be required to pay the amount of one night stay as a down payment. The remaining balance is due when you arrive.
For your transportation you have a your choices between: airplane, train or driving, and you are responsible for making your own traveling plans.

Visiting Glacier National Park this summer?
🚕 Vehicle reservations are required for each vehicle accessing the Going-to-the-Sun Road Corridor or the North Fork Vehicle Reservation Areas from May 27 through September 11, 2022.
🎫 A portion of the available vehicle reservations will be released 120 days in advance of the effective date (e.g., vehicle reservations for July 1 are available on March 3), and the remaining vehicle reservations will be released at 8 am MDT the day before the effective date (e.g., remaining vehicle reservations for July 1 are available on June 30).

If you plan to camp or do a reserved activity in the park (i.e. horseback riding, boating, rafting, fishing…) you do not need to purchase a separate vehicle pass for that day to enter.
This is only if you are entering the park between 6am-4pm.
