Can I Take Photos At The Wedding?
We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture all of the magic during our ceremony. We kindly ask that you keep your phones and other devices put away during the ceremony. After that; we would love to see everything from your point of view! Please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like throughout the night. We just ask that you use our hashtag #FromWillYouToWilliams!
Where Can I Park?
There is onsite parking at the venue for the ceremony and reception. If you plan on drinking, please do NOT drive yourself. Please arrange for other means of transportation or assign a designated driver for the night.
When Should I Arrive?
Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM to be directed and seated prior to the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:00 PM.
Do I Get A Plus One?
Due to having to keep our guest list limited due to COVID-19, we ask that only those addressed on the invite attend. If your invite is addressed to you & guest, you are more than welcome to bring a plus one.
Are Kids Allowed?
We love all of the kids in our lives! If the invite is addressed to “& Family” please bring the little ones along! We would love to see them tear up the dance floor.
What Should I Wear?
We kindly ask all of our guests to dress in dusty pinks, neutral hues, floral print, or sage… Inspiration can be found here on our Wedding Website or our Pinterest Page! So come comfortable in cotton or break out your suit and tie! The men will be wearing jeans and a suit jacket. The ladies will be wearing chiffon or cotton dresses.
What Will The Weather Be Like There In September?
Well... it’s Missouri, so there’s no telling! Typically, temperatures in September range from high 70’s to mid 50’s. There will be a campfire outside at the reception to warm up by and roast marshmallows with. The barn will be used as a reception space and double as shelter in case it rains.
Will Dinner Be Served?
Yes! If you know us at all, we LOVE our food. We will be serving: Pulled Pork - Smoked Turkey - Baked Beans - Potato Salad - Mac & Cheese - Fresh Vegetable Tray - Fresh Fruit Tray. There will also be a variety of sweet treats. Please reach out with any food restrictions prior to the wedding (preferably with your RSVP).
When Is The Latest I Can RSVP?
All RSVPs will be due by July 15th in order to obtain a headcount for seats, food, and beverages.
When Does The Wedding Start/End?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM and last approximately until 4:30 PM. A “cocktail hour” will follow shortly after the ceremony. There will be games, snacks, and beverages. During this time, family photos and couples photos will be taken. Dinner will begin around 5:30 PM and last approximately until 7:00 PM. After dinner, there will be music with dancing, cake, games, and more!
Are There Hotel Rooms Blocked Off?
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms for all of our guests. These rooms will be released back to the public August 20th if not reserved. Please visit the “travel” tab on our website for more information.
Where Are You Registered At?
Your presence is presents enough! We are happy to just celebrate this wonderful day with everyone we love around. We do have a registry tab for anyone interested in purchasing a gift, or we will have a cash fund the day of the wedding.
