What time should I arrive?
If you're invited to the wedding ceremony, please arrive by 3:40 PM to allow time for seating before the bride and groom make their entrance.
For cocktail hour and reception-only guests, please join us at 4:45 PM for drinks and hors d'oeuvres before dinner and the reception, which begins at 6:00 PM!

How do I know which parts of the wedding day I'm invited to?
Your invitation includes an info card—check the front of it!
It will let you know whether you’re invited to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, or to the cocktail hour and reception. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
What is dresscode?
The dress code is cocktail & formal. Please dress accordingly to match the tone of the event (sorry boys, no work boots)!
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely! Cheers to that!
Is the ceremony/reception inside or outside?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, with an indoor option in case of weather changes. The reception will be indoors, but with a spacious outdoor area that you won't want to miss!
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus-one, that will appear when you go to RSVP. Otherwise, we are keeping the guest list limited to close friends and family.
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, we've chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our celebration.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available at The Cannery. There will be signs and attendants outside to help guide you.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.
What time does the reception end?
The reception will end at 10 pm. We invite you to stay as long as you like and celebrate with us! We will have a late-night menu at the end of the reception as well.
Are there any housing accomodations for guests/out of town guests?
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at three nearby hotels to make your stay as convenient as possible: Hampton Inn Verona at Turning Stone, Comfort Inn & Suites Verona at Turning Stone, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Verona. To secure the discounted guest rate, please use the booking links provided under the 'Accommodations' tab on our website. If you prefer to book by phone, you can call the hotel directly using the numbers listed on our website. Be sure to mention the block of rooms reserved for the Allen Hamilton wedding to receive the discounted rate, as long as rooms are still available. Rooms are limited and may fill up quickly, so we encourage you to book early. Please note that the discounted rate will only be available until one month before the wedding, so plan your reservations accordingly!
Will transportation be provided?
Yes, a shuttle will be provided from The Cannery to the Hampton Inn Verona at Turning Stone only once, at the end of the reception. We kindly remind everyone who uses this service to act responsibly and respectfully!
Are there any direct shuttles to the casino?
Yes, all three hotels where we’ve reserved room blocks provide direct shuttle services to the casino for guests. For shuttle schedules and availability, please check with the front desk at your hotel during your stay.
Is there a wedding registry?
Yes, we've made it easy for you to find our wedding registry! It's located right here on our website—click on the 'Registry' tab at the top of the page. Some items are through The Knot, while others are linked through Amazon, so clicking on an item will take you there. We will also have a card box at the wedding for those who prefer that option. More than anything, we’re just grateful to have you with us on our special day!
