We highly recommend making reservations well in advance. It is both a festival and a holiday weekend, and room availability will be limited. Any unbooked rooms 45 days prior to the event will be returned to the general pool. You may add or remove dates from your reservations, depending on availability.

Airports and Transportation
Flying in? You're in luck! General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is only 10 minutes from downtown where the party will be. It is a Southwest hub for those who wanna get away, and it is a smaller airport. Sometimes availability is limited.
Can't find what you're looking for? Fly into Chicago O'Hare. There are many ways to get to Milwaukee from O'Hare:
1. CoachUSA is a bus that goes from O'Hare to MKE Intermodal station (walkable to our venue). Please note that CoachUSA now leaves from "Cumberland", which is the first stop on the Blue line El train, and thus departure is not directly from O'Hare.
2. Take the train to downtown Chicago and catch the Metra. The Hiawatha line goes directly from Chicago's Union Station to Milwaukee Intermodal. 90-minutes, $25 each way, safe, wifi, and comfy chairs!
3. Rent a car. It is an easy 60-90 minute drive from Chicago to Milwaukee.

Traveling to or from O’Hare International Airport?
For Departures, our bus stop has moved from OHare only to the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) at 10255 W. Zemke Boulevard.
Our buses will no longer leave OHare from the Bus Shuttle Center or Terminal 5. Now, riders must board at MMF Bus Bays #5, #6, or #7. The MMF is accessible from each terminal via the Airport Transit System.
For Arrivals, the Chicago O’Hare Airport Shuttle Drop Off will conveniently drop off passengers at each of the 3 terminals and the International Terminal (Terminal 5)
