Katherine and Michael met back in October of 2018 at a UCF football game. Under the stadium, they saw each other for the first time. They looked at each other and unintentionally held eye contact for what could seem like an awkward amount of time, but to them, it wasn’t. It was love at first sight.

Despite the brief initial attraction, Katherine and her friends kept on walking to find seats for the game. Katherine leaned over to her friend and whispered “Me and that guy just made crazy eye contact” and they giggled about it as they stopped for a water break. Michael noticed Katherine again as he and his friends then walked by the water cooler, but they had to keep moving. They found their seats and got comfortable, assuming he would never see the girl again. Shortly after, Katherine’s group was looking for the perfect seat. This is when her friend pointed out a place they didn’t normally sit, which just so happened to be the row right behind Michael. They sat behind them and the rest is history.

Since that day, Katherine and Michael have spent 6 and a half wonderful years together. They grew together as they navigated from college into the real world. Whether it was transitioning jobs, big financial decisions, navigating grief or even a pandemic; the couple thrived and grew more in love every day. Now, they live happily ever after with their fur-baby, Bolt, and they couldn't ask for a better life together.
