We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Our wedding attire dress code is Black Tie optional. For the welcome party, the dress code is Cocktail attire.
What time should guests arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We ask guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to mingle and find your seats. The venue will halt all traffic onto the property at 5:20PM so please time your arrival accordingly. The venue is approx. 30 minutes away from the Omni Amelia Island Resort and 20 minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation to the ceremony will be provided by Anchor Trolleys from the Omni Amelia Island Resort at 4:30PM. Pick-up will be in the rotunda at the main lobby. Following the ceremony, transportation is arranged to bring guests back to the Omni Amelia Island Resort or downtown Fernandina Beach, for those who wish to extend the celebration.
Limited parking will be available at the venue.
Will we be indoors or outdoors?
Both! Dinner will be held inside and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will be uncovered, weather permitting, and the cocktail hour and reception will be covered.
