The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Luxmore Grande Estate in Winter Springs Florida. The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be held inside the estate.

We'd love to see all our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Men, please wear a suit and tie. Please no Jeans. NO shades of white, including cream and ivory Wear your Sunday Best!

Wouldn't be Kyle and Katie's wedding without one! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Due to the limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding. If you absolutely need to bring any children please contact Katie or Kyle promptly.

We love your little ones!! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception a mostly adult affair. Unless you are traveling from out of state, we kindly ask you to find a sitter for our big night! If you are traveling from out of state, please let Kyle or Katie know and we will try and make accommodations for your kiddos. We need advance notice for children attending the wedding for our venue and the children’s meals.

Since most of the wedding party is traveling from out of state, and our venue only does rehearsals for a specific period, we will not be doing a rehearsal.

We are so thankful for everyone coming out and celebrating our love!! However, as of right now, there are no formal gatherings or plans before or after the wedding. Please feel free to use this time to explore our exciting city of Orlando!

No, there is no transportation to/from the venue to the hotels. There is onsite parking offered at the venue. We encourage people to stay near Katie and Kyle to be included in the festivities but they will not be providing transportation. Which allows their guests to choose their hotel (maybe close to the theme parks.)

If we do not recive your RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "will not attend". We will miss you celebrating with us! However, we need to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope you understand.
