In September of 2022, Katherine received a text from our bridesmaid Codie, that she gave her number out to one of her fiancés friends.

Before Katherine even knew her number was given out, she received a text from some random number. Later to find out he was a bit panicked since she took a while to reply.

Daily texting turned into phone calls and finally getting together.

After Jon swearing up and down he only wanted to be friends, that was never meant to be.

Their friendship turned into spending all the time together they possibly could, So basically whenever Jon wasn't out of town for work.

They very quickly fell in love and both knew they wanted more from each other.

The two had lots of date nights, quality time, and traveling together.

In October of 2023, Jon set up the cutest sweetest intimate proposal in the middle of corn maze.

It was the easiest yes of Katherine's life.
