We invite our guests to dress for a black tie event. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo; a dark suit and tie is also acceptable. Women are recommended to wear a long gown.

Yes. If you are staying at the Adolphus, there will be a bus running from the hotel to the church and back for the reception. The buses will start loading at 1:30 p.m. at the corner of South Field Street and Commerce Street by The Adolphus. Buses will depart at 1:45 p.m. Valet is also available at the Adolphus. To receive the special rate, let the attendant know it is for the Harclerode/Fitzgerald Wedding.

We will be getting married at our church, Christ the King on Preston Road. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. and we ask all guests to arrive no later than 2:15 p.m. to allow for parking (if you are driving separately) and getting seated.

We ask that family remain at the church following the ceremony for photos. Guests may transition back to The Adolphus Hotel to freshen up or briefly grab a drink at one of the many bars before cocktail hour starting at 5 p.m.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Please visit the Travel Accommodations tab. We have a room block at The Adolphus Hotel, where the majority of festivities will take place. There is an additional room block at the Hilton Garden Inn.
