St. Augustine is a charming town, and everything downtown is within walking distance, including the venue, and many of the local attractions. St. Augustine is a big area, so make sure to double check where you are booking in relation to the venue prior to securing your stay. The Bride & Groom recommend that each guest stays downtown for easy access to all the attractions and venue. To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, we wanted to provide a link to a map that includes a drop down feature which categorizes things to do, places to stay and restaurants. We will also provide a things to do page with information on our favorite restaurants, activities, and sight seeing!

Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception located?

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception are conveniently located at the same venue. All three will take place inside the Lighter Museum in St Augustine FL.

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we love all of your children this will be a child free event. Mom and dad deserve a night out too!

What airport should I fly into?

Jacksonville (1 hour), Daytona Beach (1 hour) or Orlando International Airport (2 hours).

Should I rent a car?

There is plenty of parking downtown and each airport has car rental services. However, it is easy to get an Uber, Lyft or Taxi to and from the airport. Downtown St Augustine is in walking distance from all the restaurants, bars, shops and activities.

Where should I stay?

We highly recommend staying in downtown St Augustine. You will be in walking distance to our venue, all the bars, restaurants, shops and activities. The hotels we recommend are listed below. We also suggest looking into Airbnb or Vrbo. There are many beautiful locations all around town!

Casa Monica resort is directly next to our venue. It is a more expensive option but it is located in the heart of downtown St Augustine across the street from all the bars, restaurants and shops.

Casablanca Inn is a bed and breakfast located in downtown St Augustine. Rooms book up quickly since it located right on the bay. If you are interested in staying here we highly recommend booking ASAP. You will receive two complementary martinis a day with your stay and free breakfast! Located near all the bars, restaurants and shops.
