Please don't get too stressed over this picky dress code name, we promise it's not as high maintenance as it seems! Our wedding will be a formal event, but since it will be Memorial Day Weekend on Martha's Vineyard, we would love for our guests to dress for the season!

For garden party formal, women can wear anything from a knee-length to a full-length dress, and find a way to tie in the “garden” aspect – so, opt for a dress that is softer and lighter in color (think blush, lilac, light blue, sage green, etc) rather than darker colors such as black or red. Our #1 request is please NO white or cream colors. For the men, it's just a standard formal wedding so dust off your suits!
