Our Wedding

The love story started back in 2018! We both grew up in the Montevideo area and went to the same high school, therefore we have always known each other! It all started with Christian texting my sister, Kayla, asking if I was single. I played "hard to get" but the smooth-talking farmer convinced me to ride with him in the combine. An instant connection is often hard to find, but we have found it together! Christian and I have gone on several adventures, gone through different seasons of life, and transitioned into new jobs together. We somehow made the distance work with Christian farming back home and me attending college in Moorhead. Four and a half years later, we landed in Costa Rica for a week-long getaway. One of our favorite thing to do is travel and go on trips together! On the last full day, Christian and I both randomly woke up at 4:30 am and he convinced my stubborn self to go watch the sunrise. After taking a photo of us two on the tripod, he secretly ran up and pressed play on the phone. He asked me to spend forever with him! It was the easiest "YES" I will ever make! We are so fortunate to have this special place to remember our engagement story. We want to thank each and every one of you for taking the time out of your weekend to celebrate our marriage! You have all played a special part of our love story!
