Yes, we have arranged a shuttle to the venue and back to the hotel. Due to the amount of people staying at the hotel, we have decided to add another shuttle time at 3:30. The next shuttle will be at 4:00. If you can make the 3:30, please do so. There will be a bar you can wait until the ceremony. There will be a shuttle at 1045PM and another around 11:15PM to take everyone back to the hotel.

We have worked with the hotel to accommodate a 3pm check-in so you have time to get ready and catch the bus transportation at 4pm.

The ceremony starts at 4:30, please arrive by 4:15.

The dress code is cocktail.

Yes, the hotel has a restaurant open until 2 AM. Just for fun, we ask if you want to participate, wear your favorite band tee-shirt for the after party.
