Brandon and Katherine met while working at Longhorn Steakhouse back in 2018. It wasn’t until they went to a party at a friend’s house when they finally had their first conversation. Brandon made the first move by trying to get Katherine to do karaoke that night with him and even though Katherine refused, it started one heck of a journey ! 



Brandon loves driving around with no plans in mind while Katherine loves to talk so it’s a perfect match ! The couple drove around sharing stories about their childhoods , their interests and they bonded even more. The random drives , dates to new places and conversations led to making it official and moving in to their first apartment in 2020 and eventually their first home in 2021. From there, it’s been a constant journey of growing with each other . 



Fast forward a couple years, Katherine and Brandon are now know for their bulldozers they call pets. The couple welcomed not 1, but 2 bulldogs Larry and Stella into their home after a trip to Disney. Who knew going to Florida a family of 2 would turn into a family of 4 on the plane ride home ! Two dogs wasn’t enough for this couple though. In 2022, they decided to get another dog, Phoebe and let’s just say , they had their hands full ! On the outside looking in, people may think Katherine and Brandon are a little nuts , but their pets are their children. I mean , they even have human names ! 


A few months later in May of 2023, Katherine and Brandon received the best news of their life and 9 months later , welcomed beautiful Theodore Allan Gibbs to the world . 3 dogs , 1 baby . Now things are feeling complete BUT Katherine was still missing the ring on her finger!! 


If anyone knows Katherine , she was patiently waiting for Brandon to finally pop the question. Every chance she would get , she would crack jokes about her finger looking empty. July 2023, Brandon took Katherine on a cruise to Bermuda and while the ship was departing the port , it finally happened ! While the couple was looking off at the ocean, Brandon gets down on one knee and asks Katherine to marry him . Best day ever ! 


Now that this day is marked in the calendar, the happy couple is beyond excited to celebrate this next big chapter in their lives with those who mean the most to them!
