Reservations can be made in one of the following ways:

- By clicking on your personal booking link that will take them directly to your discounted room page Swift Matscavage Booking Link (website listed below)
- By calling the hotel directly at 717.233.6000 and referencing your group code: 92G
- By booking online at Harrisburg.hilton.com and entering the group/promo code: 92G

Please note that you have until Monday, April 1st, 2024 to make their reservations at the discounted rate. After that date, there is no guarantee that additional rooms will be available at the special rate.

If we fill all the rooms within the group block and need additional rooms, please reach out to Katie or Ryan and Katie will call to request additional rooms be added. She didn’t block many to start due to the hotel policy stating we will be financially responsible for over blocking rooms.

Check-In/Out:
- Standard Check-in time: 4:00PM (early check-ins can be arranged when the guest makes their reservation)
- Standard Check-out time: 11:00AM (late check-outs can be arranged)

Parking:
- Overnight Self-Parking will be priced at $15.00 per vehicle/per night for guests staying with the Hilton Harrisburg. Please validate your parking at the front desk.
- Valet Parking is $26.00 per vehicle/per night.
