We are so excited for those traveling to celebrate with us!     Unfortunately, many hotels in the area will not accept wedding blocks due to high tourism. We have listed suggested hotels & encourage you to look into airbnbs as well (there are so many in the area)!      During MDW Atlantic Beach hosts a bike week. We advise avoiding accommodations in the following area as their will be a lot of congestion:    1. Atlantic Beach (North Myrtle)    2. Little River    3. Downtown Myrtle Beach      We apologize for this inconvenience, but hope you are still able to enjoy your stay in South Carolina! ☀️🌊

South of Myrtle Beach, Surfside offers a bit calmer vibe. It’s a little further from main Myrtle attractions, but closer to Murrells Inlet and Hunnington State Park. This hotel is right next to the newly built pier with little restaurants within walkable distance, including Scotty’s Karoke Bar! ~20 min from airport ~30 min from wedding venue ~15 min to Marshwalk ~18 min to Hunnington State Park ~15 min to Market Commons ~40 min to North Myrtle

Public beach access with paid parking lot at pier.  Pier has shoppe to rent fishing gear as needed.  (See website linked).  Pier also has Drippy’s Ice Cream Shoppe and several casual lunch/dinner spots walkable to beach!

Enjoy walking along the Marsh with several dining options, outdoor drink stands and beer garden! I would make reservations in advance for dinner! :)

Rent jet skis or a pontoon for 4 or 8 hours on the Intercostal (River).  Can book online, would recommend doing this a few weeks in advance!  (No boating license needed in SC; watch for gators).
