Katherine & William

October 30, 2021 • Bellville, OH

What time is the Ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 3:30pm.

What if the weather is bad?

Due to the wedding being held at the end of October, the happy couple understands that there is a higher chance for cold, rainy weather. If this is the case, the wedding will still take place at the same venue, but inside their beautiful barn building instead of outside. The building is completely enclosed and heated so there should be no fear of freezing.

Where is the reception?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same venue, The Meadowood in Bellville, OH.

Will guests have assigned seats at the reception?

Every guest will have an assigned table that they will learn about at the reception, but may sit where they like at that table.

What is for dinner at the reception?

We are doing BBQ from City Barbecue. There will be brisket, and pulled chicken, baked beans and smashed potatoes. There will also be a kids option (most likely Mac and cheese) and a vegetarian option for those who mark that on their RSVP.

Is this a dry wedding?

No. There will be an open bar with wine and beer. No liquor is allowed and all alcohol will be served by our bartenders.

Have you blocked rooms?

Rooms are now blocked for the wedding at the Hilton Inn in Mansfield OH. More information can be found under the "blocked rooms" tab at the top of the page.

Can I bring someone else to the wedding?

Everyone that received a plus one was notified with the words "and guest" on their invitation. If there are extenuating circumstances or someone was overlooked please reach out to the bride, her mother, or her matron of honor and they will work with you.

What if I have questions or need help with something on the day of the wedding?

Do NOT reach out to the bride or groom on the day of their wedding for any personal questions or assistance. It will already be a hectic day and we do not want to add any more stress to the happy couple. If you need anything or have any questions, please reach out to the Matron of Honor, Best Man, Mother of the Bride, Father of the Bride, or Father of the Groom for any answers or assistance.

It's Halloween, can I wear a costume?

HA! The groom would love to see you in a costume while the bride may give you a nasty side eye. Either way, wear what is comfortable to you and know this wedding will be HEAVILY photographed and reminisced on for year to come.
