Bozeman Airport (BZN) is the easiest airport to fly into, and is located about 40 minutes away from our wedding venue. The name is misleading because the airport is actually located in Belgrade; however, downtown Bozeman is a quick 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Uber and Lyft both offer airport pickup with limited availability.

There are numerous hotel, motel, and AirBnB options around both Bozeman and Belgrade! In order to best enjoy what downtown Bozeman has to offer, we would suggest staying at one of the following hotels: The Lark, Residence Inn Downtown Bozeman, AC Hotel Bozeman Downtown, or Element Bozeman. For folks that would prefer to stay closer to the airport or in Belgrade, we would suggest: Holiday Inn Express in Belgrade, Quality Inn Belgrade, or La Quinta Inn.

Depending on how much you want to explore the area while you are in town, a rental car could definitely come in handy! Bozeman and Belgrade have limited ride-share and taxi options, though these options continue to grow. For guests that choose to rent a car, there is ample space for parking at the wedding venue. For everyone else, we have also booked a shuttle to help with transportation on Saturday. Shuttle pickup is scheduled for 3pm at Bogert Pool/Park in downtown Bozeman (address is 325 S Church Avenue, Bozeman MT). If needed, there is a parking lot at the park as well as ample street parking. The shuttle will have two return times from the venue back to downtown Bozeman (8pm and 10:30pm).
