**Please note the cleaning fee and reservation fee have gone up. This is mostly due to the new stringent cleaning and sanitization policies that are in effect, along with the additional staffing needed. The new cleaning fees in effect as of January 1st, 2021 are $160 for a 1-bedroom and $225 for a 2-bedroom condominium. The Reservation and Damage Waiver fee is $110, but it will be reduced for our guests at $75.

We have placed these units on hold: SB331, SB512, SB230, and SB234; however, please feel free to find a different unit on the website, subject to availability.

Reservation Deposit:

$350.00 deposit due with each individual reservation with remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 45 days prior to arrival subject to $200 penalty; no refund if cancelled 44 days prior to arrival. Any reservations that are cancelled 44 days prior to arrival, shortened or early departures, are subject to no refund.
