Back in 2019 before the pandemic officially hit Katherine hit up Ian on Facebook when she saw his picture pop up on her feed. He was friends with one of her friends she's known since High School. Funny enough, Ian's step dad actually was the one who towed her car when she got into her car accident two weeks beforehand. They started talking and Ian asked Katherine to a date at Applebees December 19th 2019. After their first date they became inseparable and in love and a month later January 18th 2020, exactly a month after their first messages, they officially started dating. Since then it has been a roller coaster of ups and downs yet they have always stayed by each other's side. August 6th 2022 Ian proposed to Katherine at Adventure Island water park in Tampa, Fl. Katherine loves water parks but that day was also very stressful and not exactly perfect but that is how their love is, not perfect but always strong no matter the circumstances. Now these two are ready to begin the next chapter of their lives on May 6th 2024 surrounded by their closest friends and their families. It may not be perfect or grand but it will be perfect for us.
