A quaint breakfast cafe. This is where Katherine and Micky went on their first date back in 2017. The cafe is BYOB, so definitely bring supplies to make your own mimosas!
Many would argue that Federal Hill in Providence is home to some of the best Italian food in the country, and it's a super fun place to walk around. Some of our favorites include Pan e Vino, Siena, and Constantino's, but you can't go wrong with any restaurants on the Hill.
Another great spot with small shops and restaurants if you want to kill some time. A favorite breakfast spot of ours is Amy's Place, but make sure to order on the website ahead of time as there's usually a line. PVDonuts can also be found on this street if you have a craving for something sweet. Nava, an affordable vintage boutique, is a must for Katherine when she's in town.
A funky street located in the heart of Brown University neighborhood with shopping and casual restaurants. An all time favorite for Micky is Baja Tex Mex - he even made sure to get one for the train ride home every time he visited Katherine after he graduated.
Gorgeous park along the river in downtown Providence to take a stroll.
Massive mall in the middle of city with some quick eats and plenty of shops in case you forgot to pack something (I'm looking at you, Russo boys).
Take a walk on our historic college campus. See where Micky played lacrosse, Katherine hit the books, and where they met and fell in love!
If you're coming into the city via I-95 make sure to keep an eye out for the Big Blue Bug on the side of the highway. For years, even before Katherine and Micky had met, on their way to/from Chatham, Barrington, Hingham, or coming back to school, it was the mark that indicated they made it to Providence!
