HOW SHOULD I GET TO WEDDING EVENTS?

For the Welcome Party, Schlafly's has their own lot to park in.

The Missouri Athletic Club is providing all wedding guests with free parking during the reception in the attached garage! Overnight parking is not covered, so if you are planning to stay there after the reception or leave your car overnight, please plan to pay for parking. Please do not park on the flat lot next to the MAC, as that is not owned by them.

Parking for the ceremony at St. Francis Xavier is not yet finalized, but we will update this as soon as possible.

If you are not planning to drive, please use rideshare services to make it home safely! None of our venues are walking distance to each other, so please plan ahead and arrange rides.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm. There is street parking available for a cost, but all parking garages are a slight walk away. Please plan to park at least 20 minutes before the ceremony to provide ample time to walk over and find a seat. The church will open for seating at 2:00pm.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP for all Wedding Events by October 1, 2026. The option to RSVP will become available after formal invitations are mailed.

ARE THE VENUES ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, all our venues are accessible! Schlafly's has an elevator up to the Club Room. Please ask the hostess if you need assistance finding it.

St. Francis Xavier has an accessible entrance on the left side when facing the front of the church. There is an elevator that can bring you up to the main level from there. In addition, there is a drop off lane in front of the church that is available to use.

The cocktail hour will be on the ground level of the MAC, and there are stairs and elevators to take guests to the reception area. Once in the reception space, the ladies' room can be accessed by stairs or elevators. The mens' room is located on the same floor as the reception. Please ask any of the MAC staff if you need assistance locating the elevator.
