Amtrak regional trains from Boston (South Station or Back Bay), Providence, and New York-Moynihan Station all make stops at Old Saybrook Station.

Guests can also take a MetroNorth train from Grand Central Station in NYC to New Haven, CT, then transfer to a Shoreline East train from New Haven to Old Saybrook.
