This is a story about a boy who meets a girl...on the internet.

Before the TikTok dances, the Instagram plank challenges, and Facebook Farmville craze, there was Myspace.

In 2008, Kathy and Andrew's love story started when Kathy's sister, Steph, tried to play matchmaker and sent Andrew her sister's profile.

Stephanie, a Top 4 on the friends list on Andrew's profile (a big deal back then) thought Andrew would be interested in her sister.

Andrew bursting with excitement clicked on Kathy's profile with haste. As he flipped his long scene kid hair he thought, this could be 'the one' that he heard about in all those emo rock love songs. He stood in silence for a second as he stared at her profile picture...NEXT...wasn't interested and was very forward about it to Steph.

Little did he know Kathy was behind the computer...pissed off...and thinking this guy was a jerk.

It must have been the long hair in Andrew's eye blocking his vision because a week later Kathy had posted a new picture of herself. While adding a cool song to his Myspace profile he came across Kathy's profile again. This time...his heart dropped...all the emo love songs he would listen to finally made sense.

He added her with no hesitation, she messaged him with no hesitation...and the rest is history.

In 2020, Kathy and Andrew, along with some of their closest friends and family took a trip to Tulum, Mexico to celebrate Kathy's birthday which is on New Year's Eve. Or so Kathy thought. Andrew proposed at midnight on New Year's Day under the beautiful Tulum moonlight sky.

We have now shared 14 amazing years together. We have two beautiful furbabies and a beautiful place we call home. We are very excited for this next chapter in our lives and, more importantly, to be sharing our special moment with you...our family.
