Here you can take the Light Rail Train to get you close to the Seattle Ferry, follow these steps on the website:
Go to plan your trip at the top of the page.
Enter the start of the trip at SeaTac/Airport station,
and end the trip at the Pioneer Sq Link Light Rail Station,
and then click on plan your trip.
This will show you the times and what station to get off.
*From the Airport to the Light Rail Station is about a 6 minute walk and from the Light Rail Station to the Seattle Ferry Terminal is about a 10 minute walk. The Ferry ride is about an hour for the walk-on/drive-on ferry and about 30 minutes for the walk-on only ferry.
