I didn't see an RSVP for the Ceremony, is this an error?
Likely not. We have made the decision to have a private ceremony with only our immediate family and closest friends.
I didn’t see my children on the RSVP?
With the exception of immediate family, we have made the decision to not have children at the reception. We understand if this impacts your ability to celebrate with us.
What’s the ride share situation like?
Walker MN does not currently have access to ride share apps like Lyft or Uber, nor does it have a taxi service. Thankfully there are multiple options for hotels in town, and our venue is within walkable distance of them.
As it stands we will not be arraigning a shuttle.
We please ask that if you are choosing to stay outside of the city limits that you please consider this in your plans.
Please don’t drink and drive.
What are some good places to eat in town?
For breakfasts we reccomend The Outdoorsman. The local "greasy spoon" with heaps of small town charm and great food!
For lunch and dinner we recommend The Village Square. The Village Square is located at the center of town, as the name suggests, with incredible pizza and sandwiches. Attached to the restaurant is also a coffee and ice cream parlor.
How are we supposed to dress?
The attire is semi-formal. We’re asking that people dress up but it’s not formal, so no need to wear a gown and full suit but try to refrain from jeans or hoodies.
The bride also LOVES fashion so please feel free to get a little extra. How extra, you ask? If it feels like it’s a little too much, it’s probably just right.
