Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed with {Your Name} + {Your Partner's Name} if a plus one has been given to you. Please note, if someone cannot attend with you, this does not mean you can bring a separate guest in their place.

While we love your little ones, due to capacity, we will not be able to accommodate your children for our reception unless they are listed formally on your invitation. Please make childcare arrangements and come enjoy a fun night out with us! Thank you for your understanding, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

The 'Welcome to Chase County Cocktails' event on Friday will be a casual event, but we hope you'll dress up a bit with us! For men, this may mean jeans or slacks with a collared shirt. For women, this may mean a dress or other spring attire you feel your best in!

Smart casual to semi-formal. For men, jackets or sport coats are encouraged but not required, and ties are optional. A nice collared shirt with a sport coat --even with jeans-- is perfectly appropriate. We invite women to wear dresses of any length or other semi-formal spring attire. Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (as long as there's no rain!), while the reception will be mostly indoors.

Please arrive at Clover Cliff Ranch 15-30 minutes prior to the 5 PM ceremony. This will allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins.

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the ranch.

No -- we expect all guests to get themselves to and from the wedding venue. We encourage guests to carpool if members of your group plan on drinking. You may leave your vehicle at Clover Cliff overnight, but there are very, very few Ubers available in Chase County! Please have a planned ride back to where you are staying that night.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and cannot wait to share the photos with everyone after the big day!

We are planning on a cut of beef with a vegetable, potato, and side salad. You'll have to come to find out the surprise dessert :)

To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by April 20, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. This is to ensure our venue and caterers have a total guest count in a timely manner.
