New Year's Day 2023: Kathleen went out with a few friends to day drink and ring in the new year. Sitting at Floyd's in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago, they decided they wanted a bit more of a party! Someone had an idea..."let's try this one place, O's Tap!"

Upon entering this lovely establishment, the group was met with such a welcoming crowd and....WHAT? KARAOKE?! Within minutes, Kerri was up on stage singing. Not too long after, Kathleen dominated the mic with a wondrous edition of "Goodbye Earl" by THE Dixie Chicks.

Eric, who decided to visit his local establishment to drown away some sorrows after a tough Eagles loss, was mesmerized by Kathleen's performance. Throughout the night, they got to talking and Eric said, "I'd like to take you out to dinner."

Later that week, Eric and Kathleen went on their first date at Antico in Bucktown. And the rest, they say, is history!
