Hotel LBI is where we'll be having our reception, as well as brunch the next morning! Some rooms are available Friday night, in addition to Saturday. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11. King rooms will be available, but the majority will be two queen doubles. The rooms are pretty big, so sharing should be easy enough if needed! Reservations must be made by 4/5/25!

How to book your room:Go to HolidayInnManahawkin-LBI and selecting the drop down menu labeled "rate preference" and selecting "group rate" and typing in the code or by calling 1-800-Holiday and providing the group code and the last name of the bride or groom. Transportation to the reception will be available from this hotel. King beds as well as two queen double rooms are available. Book by 4/5/25

Uber and Lyft are available on the island, but please keep in mind you will likely have suburbs wait times (5-10 minutes). They can be scheduled ahead but likely not necessary.

&nbsp;$5 per ride12 &amp; under are Free when accompanied by an adult!Run until 11 PM! The LBI Shuttle a service that is run along all 18 miles of the island. With designated areas to stop it is easy to find a trolley and waive them down to get anywhere you need to enjoy the fabulous attractions, entertainment, shopping, dining and beaches that LBI has to offer. Please note you MUST allow/enable your location to be used by the web browser on your phone (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc) or device in order to properly use the tracker (<a href="https://tracker.lbishuttle.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Linked Here</a>).

LBI Shuttle

For those flying in for our wedding, we recommend looking at flights to Philadelphia Airport, JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark, and Atlantic City Airport (Spirit Airlines Hub and closest). There are no direct trains or buses to Long Beach Island that will not require driving. If flying in, we would recommend renting a car. We are two hours from Philadelphia, as well as New York, but only 45 minutes from Atlantic City.

Flights to LBI

If you are looking to drive in, Long Beach Island is accessible by Route 72 via Manahawkin only. The Hotel LBI will be the first building you see when you drive on the island! The Holiday Inn is located in Manahawkin, before you reach the island. Driving from NY or other Shore Points: Take 1-95 South (NJ Turnpike) to the Garden State Parkway. Exit at RT 63 East onto Rt 72. Driving from Philadelphia: Take 676 to the Ben Franklin. Exit to 130 E to 70 E. Exit the first round about to 70 E. Exit the second round about to 72 E. Drive until you hit the island! Driving from AC Expressway (another option from Philly/Shore Points): Take the Expressway to Exit 7 N the Garden State Parkway N. Take Exit 63 E to RT 72 E.

The great thing about Long Beach Island is that you're never more than 3/4 of a mile from the beach! All beaches are private and will require beach tags. See links below for more information including buying day passes, wheelchair accessibility, and life guarded beaches. Tags may not become available until closer to season and can be bought on the beach from the beach badge checkers (max $12/person). Beaches do not have public restrooms. Beach

A panoramic view of Barnegat Bay, Island Beach and Long Beach Island is waiting for you at the top of the lighthouse. Climb all 217 steps or enjoy the Barnegat Lighthouse State Park trails! Lighthouse is normally open between 9 AM - 3 PM and take donations ($3 min). Please visit the website to confirm the park is open before visiting. Make it a day and grab lunch/dinner at Kubel's Restaurant and dessert at Poppy's Ice Cream Parlor. Or come by early and grab breakfast at Mustache Bill's Diner!

Barnegat Lighthouse

Just a 3 mile drive from the Hotel LBI, enjoy James and Kathleen's favorite ice cream flavor The Graham Slam at Harvey Cedars Ice Cream shop. Make it an evening and have Dinner at Black Eyed Susan's, their favorite restaurant right across the street. Ice cream and fudge can be found every few blocks on the Island!
