Who would have thought...

Both of us in our late sixties, that we'd meet each other.

We met and we talked and laughed for hours. We shared meals and held hands over drinks, where we talked more and shared more. We laid bare our hearts and souls to one another. Finally, when our thoughts were as one and we completed each other's sentences, did we call it love.
