DO I HAVE TO STAY AT FINEST RESORT?
Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort. Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises. If you want to join us for any or all events, please follow booking instructions.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?
As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please reserve your room with our promo code. Room prices are guaranteed to rise or sell out! To help elevate this, we locked a set price for everyone with the resort. While this guarantees a set price it does not guarantee rooms will not see out. Final Payments and headcount due 30 days before your check in date.
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Yes, this is a family friendly resort. For babies and little ones needing a nap, we do recommend booking a family suite, junior swim up, or one with a private pool so that you can still enjoy yourself and the sunshine during that time!
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FINEST AND EXCELLENCE CLUB ROOMS?
The only difference is that Finest Club is located in buildings 4 and 5 and ALLOWS children. Excellence Club is located in building 6 and is ADULTS only. If you are in a Finest Club, you can use all of the Excellence Club amenities, provided you don’t have kids with you. If you are traveling without kids, it makes sense to book EC level but if it is sold out, then book Finest club level and you still have access to all adult only areas - you just lose the “adult only” building

Yes! We ask that you please put your devices away for the ceremony as it will be professionally captured. After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you want!
IS THE HOTEL FLEXIBLE IN THE EVENT OF TRAVEL PLANS CHANGING?
When booking your room, your credit card is not charged until 30 days before the trip. You also have free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to check-in. The promo code for the discounted rate will expire 60 days before the wedding, so please book your room ASAP if you haven't done so- availability is very limited for rooms even 4 months out. Most airlines are currently still flexible with their policies, but we recommend booking your hotel first since there really is no obligation upfront.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY STAY??
Just about everything! Food- All Meals, Snacks and Beverages (and booze too!) There are 12 restaurants, 1 Coffee/Dessert Bar, 15 Bars, Lounges and Room Service too! Most Activities: Shows, Live Music, Gym, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking and Spanish Classes are just a glimpse of what is included in your stay. Please Note: Spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis and boating) are not included.
