All invited guest names will be clearly named on the invitation. Unless it is specifically stated that a date is invited, we ask that only those on the invitation list attend. Thank you so much for understanding!

While we love your kiddos, we invite you to take the weekend off parenting and join our adult-only wedding celebration. Some exceptions will be made for immediate family and special circumstances. All invited guest names, including kids, will be on the invitation.

We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness. Since we have already started our life together, we have opted out of a traditional registry. While your presence alone is enough, should you wish to gift us something, enveloped gifts are most appreciated to use toward our honeymoon and future life together.

We're celebrating in style and therefore respectfully request that you come dressed for the occassion in formal wear.

If you know Kathryn, you know that weather uncertainty isn't something she enjoys. We have therefore planned for all the events to be in the safe and predictable inside ballroom.

We're grateful that you are making the trip for our day, so the party is on us!

The Malcolm Hotel offers heated underground parking & free surface parking. If you are driving and celebrating with alcoholic beverages, we ask that you stay safe and please leave your vehicle parked until the next day.

We invite you to be fully present and share in the important moments of the day, phone-free. We therefore ask that you please refrain from using your phone for any reason (photos included) during any part of the ceremony. Our amazing professional photographer will capture all of the moments for us. We welcome photos during the more casual parts of the day.
