What should I wear?
We ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. Nice jeans, cowboy hats and boots are welcome and encouraged! Please no shorts and baseball caps.
What are your wedding colors?
Our colors are lavender, light green, light brown and white.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. The entrance to Eagle Dancer Ranch is about 20 minutes from Boerne, from the front gate the venue is another 10 minutes down the road. Once you park, you will take a shuttle bus to the ceremony site. We ask that you plan accordingly and arrive at 5:00pm to park and catch the bus to the ceremony site. There are no bathrooms at the ceremony site so please make sure to go before getting on the bus.
What will be served for dinner?
We will be offering two options to choose from:
You can choose either a beef tenderloin with a rosemary butter sauce or a cornbread stuffed chicken with rosemary butter sauce. For sides you will have three cheese gouda gratin potatoes and haricot verts with bacon and brown sugar. Please choose your meat when you RSVP. Kids meals will be offered for our little guests!
What will the weather be like?
Summers in Texas are known to be notoriously hot. Water and fans will be provided to help stay cool and hydrated. The ceremony will take place outside unless it is raining. Cocktail hour will take place outside unless it is raining. The reception will be indoors in the AC.
Where should I stay?
There are many hotels located in Boerne, as well as many Airbnbs located in the area. We have booked a room block at The Bevy Hotel. Navigate to the “Travel” page for more information.
How should I get there?
There will be a shuttle bus take guests to Eagle Dancer Ranch from The Bevy Hotel. If you take the bus, you can take it back to the hotel at the end of the night or uber. If you drove your own car to the ranch, you MUST drive your car home. No cars can be left on the property overnight. Please plan accordingly!

Where should I sit during the ceremony?
The first few rows will be reserved for family, besides this first few rows please sit wherever you would like!
When will we eat?
There will be appetizers served during cocktail hour at 6:00pm. There will be a surprise during cocktail hour! Dinner will be served around 7:00pm.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will specifically state if you can bring a plus one. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Katie!
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, you will scan the QR code on the back of the invitation and fill out the questions asked.
When should I RSVP by?
We ask that you please RSVP by April 7th. Final numbers are due to the caterer on this day and any RSVP’s after cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Will there be alcohol served?
Yes, there will be an open bar. Tips for the bartender will be encouraged and appreciated!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
When you RSVP, there will be a question asking if you have any restrictions. Please fill that out. We can offer gluten free options too if needed. If you have more questions or concerns please reach out to Katie directly.
Can I take photos?
During the ceremony we ask that you do not take any photos. During the reception you are welcome to take photos and share them with us! There will also be a photo wall to take pictures at.

What if I am unable to attend?
We are so sad to hear that you won't be able to make it but we are planning to have the ceremony recorded and posted for you to be apart of our special day!
