Snorkel the Marine Park of Hanauma Bay (Reservations required, book online through Hawaii Parks and Recreation Dept.)


Maka Puu Lighthouse hike (easy)


Hike Diamond Head (Must reserve and pay for online in advance - up to 30 days) This is a more strenuous hike.


Lanikai Beach - Park in downtown Kailua or Kailua Beach State Park (1 mile away) Steep parking fines near beach; in residential area


Manoa Falls - short hike (Super Easy)

-Byodo-In Temple - Replica of a Japanese Buddhist temple; peaceful, meditative
