If you contact these hotels and they tell you the room blocks are full, please reach out to Kathy or Tom as soon as possible and we will attempt to secure additional rooms at these hotels or other hotels nearby. Please note that if you are arriving the morning of 6/21/25 you will likely NOT be able to check-in to your room before the Wedding. You may be able to "register" for a room by providing ID and credit card information, which will presumably speed up the process of getting a room assignment and key after the Wedding.
