Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View:

Located in the Preferred Club Tower between 4th & 8th floor this suite offers one king-size or two double beds. Private

terrace with breathtaking ocean views and private hot tub. Fully equipped with in-room soaking tub, separate shower

and double vanity sinks.

All Preferred Club suites offer the following additional amenities and services:

What are the Group Rates

Please see attached photo for the group rates! These rates are per person and include all meals, beverages including alcohol, taxes, gratuities and shared round trip ground transfers between airport and resort (does not include airfare). **Ground transportation is NOT included by the hotel and is packaged into these rates**

Single, Double, and Triple refers to adult occupancy

(eg. 2 adults would be next to “DOUBLE” with the rate listed per person)

How do I book my stay?

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST YOUR NAMES EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR ON YOUR PASSPORTS.

The deposit is $100 per person, plus insurance, if you are purchasing it. Once you submit your reservation form, it can take up to 24 hours for Barbara Vong to process it and send you your invoice. You can choose to enter payment information on your form or Barabara Vong will send you an invoice along with a payment link to make your deposit.

Travel insurance is highly recommended and can only be purchased at the time of reservation. Airfare MUST be booked by Barbara Vong if you want it covered by the insurance. If you are not purchasing airfare now, the cost of insurance will increase later to cover the airfare. PAYMENT DUE DATES:

-2nd Deposit: December 9, 2025 (20% of reservation)

-3rd Deposit: February 18, 2026 (40% of reservation)

-Final Payment: April 10, 2026

Additional hotel cancellation penalties as follows (if travel insurance is not purchased):

February 14, 2026 to March 15, 2026: 20% of Reservation Charged As Penalty

March 16, 2026 to April 15, 2026: 40% of Reservation Charged As Penalty

After April 15, 2026: No Refunds

Please note, any special requests for hotel accommodations including bedding arrangements or location of rooms are on a "Request" basis only and cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance: We recommend passengers purchase luggage, medical, cancellation and accident insurance offered at additional costs. Insurance premiums must be purchased at the time of deposit. Insurance policy is not in effect until the premium is paid in full. Premiums are non-refundable.

MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT! Please note, effective January 23, 2007 a valid passport will be the only acceptable document for travel outside of the US. The name on your airline ticket must match your passport name. Your passport needs to be valid for 6 months AFTER your travel dates as well (Mexico is the exception but still recommended).
