I guess you could say it all started with some financial statements. We met working as auditors at a public accounting firm in Atlanta, GA. Peter was Katie's manager on a job in Conyers, GA. After long nights in the office trying to wrap up the job, the two decided to go to a Braves-Yankees game together since Katie had season tickets. The Braves went on to win the world series in 2021. The rest is history.

We got engaged on January 7, 2023 in Highland Park, Texas. Katie picked out the ring; Peter got sappy and asked if she would be his wife; Katie with tears in her eyes responded "duh!"

We have planned an intimate ceremony with only immediate family in Colorado Springs, CO at the Broadmoor on June 2, 2024. Nonetheless, we could not let this exciting moment in our lives pass without celebrating with our extended family and friends. We will be having a Happily Ever After party on July 20, 2024 in Dallas, Texas and cannot wait to celebrate with our people.
