On March 9th, 2012 (I am crazy about dates), Aaron and I were at a high school FFA lock in and Aaron came up and asked me to play a game of PIG with him. A couple of weeks went by, and I received a text message from our best man, Chad, saying: "Knock yourself out!", with Aaron's number included. Our maid of honor, Hannah, was telling Chad how much I was obsessing over Aaron and his great looks. (Aaron made me write this part) Aaron and I texted back and forth for a few weeks before he got the courage to ask me out on our first date to the Lyric Theater to watch the movie John Carter (how romantic). I almost stood him up because I lost track of time playing basketball with Hannah, but that's a different story.

On April 5th, 2012, I knew Aaron was going to be someone very special and someone very important to me. He asked me to be his girlfriend in the most sweetest way. Thank you Ginger and Leslie for raising such an amazing man.

Aaron and I dated for just about 9 years before we got engaged on March 25th, 2021 - a day I will always remember. Our dog, Jack, helped out with Aaron asking and of course, I cried like a baby! After 9 years together I never thought I'd see this man on one knee holding a ring. He asked me to marry him in the same location he asked me to be his girlfriend. Seriously, this guy is a gentleman! It was the easiest "yes" EVER!

10 years together and we are FINALLY getting married on June 11th, 2022! We are super excited to celebrate with everyone and we can't wait to see you all there.
