We met in 2017 at Smok'n Pig, a barbecue restaurant in Valdosta, Georgia. One of Patrick's first days working at Smokn's Pig was one of my last...for the summer while we were both still in college. That summer, I decided to work at a camp in Mobile, Alabama for two months. I don't think he even remembered who I was when I started working at Smok'n Pig again for the fall semester of my senior year of college. After a couple of months of getting to know each other, we started officially dating July 17, 2018.

After a few years of dating, we moved in together. We got Teddy (our angel-on-earth Goldendoodle) around this time too. After finishing up our degrees, we decided to move to Savannah, Georgia in 2021 to enjoy the city and beach life. In 2022, he proposed! We loved Savannah and were so happy there but grew tired of traveling far distances to visit family so we decided to move again!

In 2023, we moved to Canton, Georgia to be closer to a majority of our friends and family. In 2024, we got Charlie (our not so angel-on-earth Goldendoodle). We have built a great life together that I will forever cherish. We can't wait to see what else the future has in store for us!
