We kindly ask everyone to keep cell phones put away and silenced during the ceremony and during the professional photos. Having a cell phone ring or ding would be very distracting. We will remind everyone before we start the ceremony to put their phones on silent or turn them off. There will be a professional photographer to capture this wonderful moment. Taking pictures during the reception is encouraged though!
Child Care
We will not be providing child care at this event. The space is kid friendly and they have an area with small farm animals that your children may enjoy. We will also have yard games available after the ceremony.
Plus Ones
Please ask us before the wedding if it's okay to bring a plus one. We have a limited number of people that are allowed at our venue and are trying to keep track on a head count. To ask, please refer to the other questions/concerns category with directions.
Food and Drinks
We are catering our reception dinner through a local Mediterranean restaurant called Olive Tree. We did a tasting and thought it was delicious.
We will have alcohol at this event. We will be having a signature cocktail of our choice being served until supplies run out. There will also be beer and wine.
Parking
The venue has two parking lots. The one visible from the road is rather small, but there is plenty more parking in the back! The venue will have signs up directing you to the back parking lot.
Travel Accommodations
We have some recommended hotels listed on the next page titled "Travel". However, if the whole family is coming, I would highly recommend looking into renting an Airbnb for the weekend. There's some great places that are really close to the venue!
