Beach Club condo & cottage rentals are available on Airbnb or directly through the Beach Club. 


INFORMATION REGARDING BEACH CLUB RENTALS:


METHOD OF RESERVATIONS - Reservations for the Beach Club will be made by Individual Call-In. Guests are asked to call (855) 778-1015 to make a reservation within this group block. The group block number is 380111 or reference the Carroll/Anderson Wedding.


CONFIRMATION FOR RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATION - In order to confirm a room assignment for The Group’s attendees, Spectrum requires a method of payment at the time a reservation is made. Major credit cards are accepted, and will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $99 at the time of booking. At 45 days prior to arrival 50% of the reservation balance will be charged. The balance will be due upon check-in. Individual guestroom reservations may be cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival with a forfeit of the $99 non-refundable deposit. For individual reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival the initial $99 payment and the payment of 50% of the reservation balance is non-refundable and will act as the cancellation fee. Guest is required to present a credit card upon check-in to secure payment for all charges incurred by Guest. All additional charges must be paid in full upon check out. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, and the party will not be permitted to register.


VEHICLE POLICIES- All rentals at The Beach Club include registration for 2 vehicles per reservation. Additional vehicles are subject to a $40 fee per vehicle per stay.

CHECK-IN PROCESS: to be completed at least 48 hours prior to arrival


Download the Spectrum Resorts App- all can download, but only the main reservation holder needs to fill out the check in information and include all drivers within that reservation.


- Select your property
- Click on the tile named “Check In”
- Fill out last name and reservation number
- Fill out all required information
- On the day of arrival, the door code will appear on the “Door Code” tile at 4pm (or 1pm if early arrival). Any guests in the unit can see this on the app, but they must use the main reservation holder’s last name in order to access this information.
