Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding and reception are in one location - The Romantic Moon Event Center, 158 80th Street South, Glyndon, Minnesota, 56547. The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) with the reception, dinner, and dance indoors.

What time is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony begins at 4:00PM so please try and arrive at least fifteen minutes early so you can find your friends and a seat. The reception and dinner will be directly following the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Dressy casual. Feel free to wear whatever colors and prints make you feel fun and festive. For our Southern guests, you’ll definitely want to bring a jacket or a cardigan. It might get a bit chilly once the sun goes down and there are many outdoor spaces at the venue that you’ll want to take advantage of.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for approximately thirty to forty-five minutes. Guests can move to the reception hall where there will be snacks and drinks. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dancing to follow.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft/Uber is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. The venue is very happy when people leave their vehicles in the lot overnight and the owner lives on the property.

How do I RSVP?

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for your special day but we understand that for a lot of you it’s a very long journey. There is an RSVP tab at the top of the page so you can let us know your plans right here on our website.

Can I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony - we have an incredible photographer and we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures so we can all look back and remember how much fun we had!
